The room was neat and fairly quiet with smoke detectors for safety measures. The bed was comfortable, used a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating, and an individual safe. The breakfast was great and good, the check in was quick.

The hotel offered a complimentary shuttle every day to the nearby trade center, which was very helpful for my business trip. They also provided complimentary bottled water which was a nice touch. The hotel was located near a nice residential neighborhood with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance, making it easy to find anything I needed.

The internet connection in the room was spotty and slow, which made it difficult to get work done. The restaurant on-site was overpriced and the food was just okay.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleased with the convenient location of this hotel. It was situated close to key attractions and easily accessible from the airport. Another aspect I appreciated was the friendly and helpful staff who made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel provided complimentary breakfast which was a great start to my mornings.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. The room could have benefited from some maintenance as I noticed some worn-out carpets.
